Head Turners Hot Rods. Custom work.Old soul.

Decades of fabrication. A lifetime around motorcycles. I like good work, American iron, and projects with a story behind them.

Over 20 years of fabrication and automotive experience. Custom builds, fabrication and repair, back in Chicago.

Meet Dan

I’m Dan. I’m from Panama City Beach, Florida, and I’ve spent decades learning fabrication from the ground up.

Motorcycles have always been my thing: riding them, building them, and figuring out a better way to do it. I’m into tattoos for the stories they tell, old-school American iron, and making a machine feel like it belongs to its owner.

Head Turners started in 2005. This is where I share the builds, the shop updates, and the occasional good story.

Got a good one? Tell me about it.

Tell Dan about the bike and what you have in mind. A photo helps. Custom builds, fabrication, repairs, or something you haven’t figured out yet.
